Tai Chi Chen Style
Classes focus on the Chen style of Tai Chi basics. Chen style emphasizes slow and fast movements with short bursts of power, and is the oldest form of traditional Tai Chi. We have both Chen style and Chen style Basic 26 for beginners.

Tai Chi Sun Style
Sun style is a smooth flowing form of Tai Chi that emphasizes foot movements without rigorous sudden changes in direction that some of the other styles use. It incorporates gentle movements and uses high stances in order to improve mobility and build strength.

Tai Chi Wu Style
The moves are slow and deliberate, sometimes microscopic. However, powerful energy flows and huge movements are take place inside the action. Think of a pressure cooker. Its swirling gas whirlpools and bubbling liquid can’t be seen from the outside. Inside is where all the action is.
